Located in the heart of Oxford, the contemporary lifestyle hotel comprises 160 guest rooms and holds the distinction of being the only Marriott-branded property in Oxford city centre. Since opening in 2019, the hotel has established itself as a high-performing asset within the Marriott portfolio, benefiting from a strong trading profile and a well-established operational platform.
A Landmark Addition to the TROO Portfolio
The addition of Courtyard by Marriott Oxford City Centre reflects TROO Hospitality’s continued focus on partnering with exceptional properties in prime locations, working alongside owners to unlock long-term value and operational excellence.
The hotel offers a range of amenities designed to meet the needs of both business and leisure travellers, including a restaurant, rooftop terrace and bar, meeting facilities, and on-site parking. Its central location provides guests with easy access to Oxford’s historic attractions, world-renowned university, and thriving business community.
The asset also boasts strong sustainability credentials, holding an EPC rating of A and a BREEAM “Very Good” classification, aligning with TROO’s commitment to responsible hotel management and long-term environmental performance.
TROO Hospitality has assumed management of the hotel with immediate effect and will work closely with the on-property team to build upon the hotel’s existing success.
