Where is your favourite hotel in the world and why?
Mantis Founders Lodge. Waking up in the morning and watching the animals graze and walk by is unforgettable. Adrian the owner has created a ‘home’ for his guests in stunning surroundings.
What’s your favourite country in the world and why?
Spain. We go every year as a family and has created so many memories for us all, and continues to do so.
What is your greatest achievement?
Still have much more to achieve from a professional sense, personally greatest achievement slightly cliché but my two teenage daughters inspire and motivate me to be better every day.
