What is your greatest achievement?

My most significant professional accomplishment has been securing the role of Head of Talent and Culture at Troo Hospitality. Achieving this position at the age of 32 holds great significance for me. Having dedicated my career to the hospitality industry since the age of 16, my passion for nurturing and supporting my team has always been a driving force. In this role, I am proud to lead in aligning our company vision, ensuring our people remain the focal point in every aspect of our operations.

My greatest personal achievement undoubtedly lies in my family. Embracing the role of a mother to my two little girls has been an incredibly fulfilling and challenging journey.
